When fabric arrives, it is inspected for quality. With the nature of digital printing, small flaws are not uncommon. Fabric containing small flaws may include: tiny white dots/flecks or speckles throughout the yardage, ink runs, or small flaws close to the selvage. Flaws near the selvage may include flaws mentioned above or small holes from the printing process. We do not issue refunds for any small flaws that are smaller than a United States dime. If you find a large flaw, or are unhappy with the quality of your fabric, please contact us. We don’t offer refunds on flawed fabric unless it is considered outside of what is normal. This is determined on a case by case basis, as large flaws are not common. We do our best to find flaws while cutting fabric and avoid sending cuts that may contain them, however, flaws can be missed during the cutting process.
Color: It is not uncommon to have color variances of up to 10% from our strike off prints, between rolls, and if we re-run a print.
Please note, digital images can vary in how they translate for viewing from screen to screen.
Shrinkage: We typically cut our fabric with an extra 1-2” to allow for shrinkage and settling of the fabric off the bolt. Our fabric contains spandex; therefore, shrinkage is normal and to be expected, and can sometimes continue over time.
Care instructions: We recommend pre-washing your fabric on cold/warm and drying on hot in a dryer to take care of shrinkage before sewing it up. Thereafter, we recommend washing cold/warm with like colors and hang/air dry to maintain the vibrancy of colors and fabric quality. Use only non-chlorine bleach and cool iron as needed.
Refunds are not given for fabric that has been washed or cut. It is your responsibility to inspect your fabric as soon as you receive it and contact us within 3 weeks to discuss any potential issues.
Please note: Once orders are placed, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.
